Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients:  

  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour before serving to allow flavours to mingle. Thats it!

 

 

Carrot and Cumin Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1kg carrots, peeled, coarsely chopped 60ml (1/4 cup)
  • olive oil 2 tsp
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • turkish pide

step 1: cook the carrot in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 30 minutes or until tender .

step 2: Place the carrot, oil, cumin and garlic in the bowl of a food processor, and process until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper. transfer to a serving bowl and serve with a pice of pitter bred.

 

 

The McCann Cup CHAMPIONS!

On Thursday the 13th of June our school and our sisters school had a McCann cup sports day. Due to the rain we didn’t do the sports we planned on doing but we did some activites like murder ball, moderfied indoor soccer, badmintin and volley ball. We had really close games but our school managed to WIN!!!!!!

WE ARE CHAMPIONS!!!!!
